I cannot thank Maja enough for the course on Chakra balancing and the Tibetian rites, so beautifully curated and so much more than I expected. When the mind is pure
joy follows like a shadow
that never leaves.

Buddha, again and again, points us in one direction and that is to look inside - instead of seeking in the outside world for what we are longing for because what is found inside will then automatically mirror and project itself into the outside world - it simply doesn't work the other way round...Happiness, joy, beauty, love and peace - all these wonderful and desirable things that money can't buy - have all along been there hidden in plain sight WITHIN ourselves.

And joy is not only hidden in plain sight within, Buddha also delivers the recipe of how to unlock it. We simply need to cleanse our minds because when the mind is pure and unclouded by sorrow, fear, anxiety, and negativity in any form or shape then joy can be AND will be our natural state.

Let's explore joy a bit this week, what types of joy there are, employing a bit of self-inquiry into our own joy-generating habits and what kind of joy we usually seek to satisfy our longing. What brings you joy?

* if you are new to Yoga, then this is a great and gentle way to start, or

* you want to utilize some of the time you spend on chairs each day to do something good for yourself at the same time and learn the moves how to weave in some fitness while on your chair anyway, or

* you might feel limited in your mobility for some reason and wish to explore a gentle way to invite some expansion to your range of movement

Whatever the reasons may be, learning to 'chair-ish' the time we spend on our chairs is extremely beneficial for our well-being and well-feeling.

This event is WEATHER PERMITTING 🔆 it usually is happening either on a Tuesday or Thursday morning - please check back each week for updates. We started at the beginning of November and will possibly continue until daylight savings ends.
