When we can calm our mind and become still, we bring ourselves closest to what is the true 'real'... what most people think that reality is actually is the unreal, the temporary. It is THE big misunderstanding in the lives of most Westerners. As Rupert Spira put it: "We take that which is unreal to be real and that which is real to be unreal."
The true real is universal consciousness, the creation consciousness, the God-consciousness.
The 'unreal' are all the temporary illusions of how life appears to us in any given moment - totally dependent on our perception, memories, knowledge, experiences, thoughts, imaginations, and emotions. Everyone perceives, remembers, knows, experiences, thinks, imagines and feels differently about life and what happens or does not happen to them.

YOGA Beginners Course
The next New Beginners EVENING Course is starting on FRIDAY, February 3, 2023 at 7 pm
Here is an exciting new 9-week course for you offering a holistic Yoga experience! This includes all basics you need to know about body, mind, and spirit, introducing you to 'The 8 Limbs of Yoga' and how this might be relevant for you personally.
We will be going slow and gentle, warming up properly, learning about Mantras, Mudras, and the Yogic path to freedom and self-realisation, then building foundations for our physical practice, giving you time, space, and individual attention for the best learning experience possible. You will get to know 26 different Yoga poses (Asanas) over the 9 weeks of the course.
At the end of each session, you will enjoy a long deep guided relaxation.

It is a holistic practice for body, mind and spirit, and each session starts with a 10 minute sequence of 'Yoga for the Mind'.

Update: The start to Yoga@beach is cancelled for tomorrow AGAIN because the Northerly winds are expected to pick up in the morning & it is cloudy as well, so temperatures might not be as pleasant as they look on the stats - the wild weather is not quite over yet & it is, unfortunately, still not a good day to make a start - same applies for Thursday this week... fingers crossed for next week

Time for YOGA@beach: So nice to do Yoga outside in that delicious fresh air greeting the sunrise with a nice and easy practice including some sun salutations as it has been done for thousands of years!
This event is WEATHER PERMITTING it usually is happening either on a Tuesday or Thursday morning - please check back each week for updates. We start in the first half of November and will possibly continue until daylight savings ends.
Join us if you love the morning sun and that delicious fresh Ocean air in your lungs plus this unbeatable view out to the sea!
