For me, it is about you!
I offer a holistic practice that provides 'Yoga for the mind' alongside our physical practice. We work on themes each term like ‘Feeling centered’, 'Exploring Energy', or currently 'Finding Balance' and each week we look into different aspects of our theme and how to apply it on & off the mat, e.g. how to find balance for ourselves in daily life also.
A BIG thank you to everyone, from critic to enthusiast, who has participated and supported me on the YogaIntuition journey to develop this new path and find my own footing as a teacher. I couldn't have done it without you!

Relaxation is one of my specialties - at the end of each class I guide you through a deep relaxation of 5 - 10 minutes.
